# How to Prepare:
01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
02 - Add ground beef to skillet, breaking up with spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat beef evenly.
04 - Pour in water and simmer 2–3 minutes until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
05 - Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
06 - Fill each shell with generous spoonful of beef mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese, salsa, and optional toppings including diced tomato, sour cream, cilantro, and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
